ESAMELCO BID BULLETIN NO. 2

ESAMELCO Bid Bulletin No. 2, dated September 07, 2023, announces a change in the schedule the Opening of Bids Conference, originally slated for September 26, 2023, but now rescheduled to September 11, 2023, at 01:00 PM, to be held at the ESAMELCO Central Area Office in Brgy. B, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. The adjustment is due to the absence of bidders who purchased bid documents by the August 31, 2023 deadline, leading to a bidding failure as per DOE Department Circular No. 2021-10-0030. This Bid Bulletin is an integral part of the Bidding Documents and supersedes any conflicting provisions.
