The pre-bid conference will start on the 4th day of August 2023 at 1 pm at Summit Hotel, Tacloban City. Attendance to the pre-bid is not mandatory, but the submission of inquiries and clarifications is highly encouraged two days (2) before the Pre-Bid Conference
