FRECOR BID BULLETIN NO. 2

The FRECOR 8 Joint Technical and Price Bid Evaluation Committee (JTPBAC) issues Bid Bulletin No. 2 in response to inquiries and concerns raised by Bidders during the Pre-Bid Conference on August 4, 2023, held in Tacloban City. This bulletin provides the following attachments: a. Summary of questions and the corresponding responses from FRECOR 8 JTPBAC. b. ITB Annex H: Certification of Submission of Original or Certified True Copies of Documents, and Authorization for the R8 JCPSP-JTPBAC to Verify Documents. c. ITB Annex I: Confidentiality Agreement. d. ITB Annex J: Acceptance of Bidding Documents. All components of this Bid Bulletin and its attachments are integral parts of the Bidding Documents.
