Invitation to Bid: ESAMELCO

Eastern Samar Electric Cooperative, Inc. (ESAMELCO) invites all eligible bidders to participate in the public bidding for the Disposal of its Non-Performing Assets, offered in the following lots:

• Lot I: Distribution Transformers and other Electrical Equipment (Floor Price: Php 1,341,600.00)

• Lot II: 5 MVA Power Transformer (Floor Price: Php 1,250,000.00)

• Lot III: Assorted Scrap Equipment and Materials (Junked Vehicles and others) (Floor Price: Php 1,187,050.00)

A virtual Pre-bidding conference is scheduled on October 2, 2025, at 2:00 PM. The submission and opening of bids will be on October 17, 2025, at 9:00 AM.

Interested bidders may obtain bidding documents from the ESAMELCO BAC Secretariat upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Php 5,000.00.
