The Eastern Samar Electric Cooperative, Inc. (ESAMELCO) invites qualified suppliers to participate in the bidding for the Supply and Delivery of Distribution Line Hardware, Fuse Links, Fuse Cut-outs, Arresters, Disconnect Switches, Reclosers, Tools, and Equipment for the 2026 Annual Procurement.

Interested bidders may attend the Virtual Pre-Bid Conference on February 27, 2026, with bid submission and opening scheduled on March 17, 2026. Qualified suppliers are encouraged to secure the bidding documents and participate in the competitive bidding process.
