Invitation to Bid: Eighteen Sitio Electrification Projects (18 SEP)

The Eastern Samar Electric Cooperative, Inc. (ESAMELCO), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2026, invites qualified bidders to participate in the procurement of materials and labor for its Eighteen Sitio Electrification Projects. The procurement is divided into seven (7) lots: conductors and line hardware, distribution transformers, steel poles and cross arms, house wiring materials, kWh meters, labor for 13.2kV distribution line construction, and labor for house wiring installation. The total Approved Budget for the Contract is ₱51,351,516.80.

This project aims to bring electricity to unenergized sitios in Eastern Samar, extending reliable power to more households in the province.

Bidding documents are available starting October 9, 2026, at the ESAMELCO Main Office and may be downloaded from PhilGEPS and www.esamelco.com. Virtual pre-bid conferences will be held on October 19–20, 2026. Bid opening is scheduled for November 10–12, 2026, at the ESAMELCO Central Area Office, Brgy. B, Borongan City.
