NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

Notice is hereby given that the contract for PB-ITB-R8-3-2025, covering the supply and delivery of the 2026–2027 RPH Conductor Requirements of the Member Electric Cooperatives of Region Eight, has been approved and executed. Accordingly, the Joint Venture of American Wire and Cable Co., Inc. and Interlink Power Corporation is authorized to commence contract performance in accordance with the effectivity period, terms and conditions, and delivery schedule stipulated in the contract.
