NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

Notice is hereby given that the contract for PB-ITB-R8-1-2025 covering the supply and delivery of the 2026–2027 RPH Distribution Transformer Requirements of the Member Electric Cooperatives of Region Eight, has been approved and executed. Accordingly, First Philec, Inc. is authorized to commence contract performance in accordance with the effectivity period, terms and conditions, and delivery schedule stipulated in the contract.
