OPENING OF BIDS

A Bid Bulletin, dated November 07, 2023, has been issued to reschedule the Opening of Bids Conference to November 07, 2023, at 4:00 PM in the ESAMELCO Central Area Office, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. The rescheduling was necessitated by the failure of the initial bidding process due to a lack of purchased bid documents, as per DOE Department Circular No. 2021-10-0030, with the declaration of the failure of bidding to be made during the Opening of Bids.
